In 2018, changes to the Australian Food Labelling legislation made it mandatory to declare the percentage of Australian and Imported ingredients. For many food manufacturers this highlighted the lack of local Australian sourced produce. Using their food processing expertise, our TUI founders were able to offer Australian farmers on-farm processing capabilities, enabling them to maximise 100% of produce grown and connecting them to leading brand networks.
